In addition to the template, we have included 1 hour of support to help you tailor the PAIA Manual to your requirements.  This will be provided by email, Zoom or Teams meetings.

PAIA Manual Template

A PAIA Manual is required by all public and private organisations in order to meet the right of access to information as promised in the Act.

In addition to this right, the POPI Act relies on the existence of a PAIA Manual in order to enable Data Subject Requests for personal information to be fulfilled.
