G. Does our Estate need to change any of our forms or processes?

Forms such as resident registration forms are likely to require changes to include wording which states the purpose of colleting PI and obtains consent for providing their personal information.  In principle the activity in which your estate first collects personal information is the most relevant form as it should state the purpose/s for collecting personal information and it should obtain consent for collection, preferably with a tick box and a signature.
