IACT-Africa Training Course Terms and Conditions

Please note: If you have not received confirmation of your booking in writing before the event, please contact us to confirm that we have received your registration.

Payment Terms:

Following completion and return of the registration form or acceptance of our quotation, full payment is required within five (5) days from receipt of our invoice. We reserve the right to refuse admission and withhold certificates of attendance and achievement if payment is not received on time.

Delegate Substitution

Delegates can be substituted at any time at no extra cost. Please inform us of the new Name (s) for registration purposes. You may transfer at no extra charge to another event, provided you do so in writing at least 48 working days before the event.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are:

  • 14 days prior to the course, 75% of the registration fee is refundable;
  • 13 to 6 days prior to the course, 50% of the registration fee is refundable;
  • Within 5 days of the course, 25% of the registration fee is refundable;
  • No refunds will be given in the event of ‘no shows’.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, IACT-Africa reserves the right to change the programme content, the speakers, the venue or the date.  You will be noticed no less than 5 working days prior to an event. Should the event be postponed, you will have the option to attend the next available course. The registration fee will be credited to delegate accounts should they choose not to attend the next available date of the relevant course or in the case where an event is cancelled.
