POPI Act E-Learning Course
The POPI Act e-learning course, POPI Works, is an online course which has several modules which contribute to a clear understanding of why the POPI Act is important and what must be done by organisations and individuals to make sure they are complying with the POPI Act.
The training is fully interactive, with interim and final assessments for each module, and has been developed specifically for the needs of South African organisations as shown below.
The POPI Act e-learning course has been designed so that you can not only create initial awareness but importantly, as required by the Act, maintain and then assess awareness on an ongoing basis. So by completing ongoing annual assessments both staff and employer are fulfilling their obligations.
Certification of successful completion of this training course is endorsed by Benchmark Assessment Agency (BAA), an independent assessment body. The certification assessment is online and produces a uniquely numbered certificate of successful completion.
As an added bonus, for every organisation that buys 10 or more licences for the POPI Act-E-Learning Course, Optimi will supply at no extra cost a “POPI Right and Responsibilities” 9 minute duration video which provides an excellent complement to the online training course. This video is available with an optional sign language instructional window.
